The My Hero Card LLC Lost Card Policy

My Hero Card LLC will charge $10 for the replacement of a lost member card.  This is a change from our previous policy of providing replacement cards at no cost to members.  We regret making this change but the cost of cards, embossing, delivery materials, labor and mailing continues to increase everyday.  We will make every effort to take into consideration the circumstances of each lost card event to determine if it would be appropriate to replace a membership at no cost.
