Return Policy
At My Hero Card LLC, we strive to make our service to you the top priority. Therefore, any item purchased from My Hero Card LLC may be returned within 10 days of receipt for any reason. The following applies to all returns:
- Item must be in the same condition as delivered and include the Card # and Pin # located on the back of member card.
- You must email us within 3 business days at info@myherocard.com (or call us at 706-955-0436) and we will issue a refund of the purchase price to your credit card.
- In the event the return is due to our error, we will reimburse for return shipping. In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs.
